This workshop will explore DBT’s four pillars—Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness—and provide practical tools for addressing motivational barriers. Attendees will learn strategies to strengthen therapeutic alliances, increase client engagement, reduce avoidance behaviors, build resilience, and improve emotional and interpersonal skills.
